Profil Recherché WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE:
- Working closely with our sales agents post sales of our products and services to deliver the customer a pc or device scan, cleaning, set up, etc.
- Helping and supporting customers through calls and electronic requests.
- Conducting remote device cleaning, optimization and configuration through customer service.
- Adapting to changing information within the support department and the organization.
- Utilizing best practices to deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
- Recording and documenting customer issues accurately.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native level of Dutch.
- Previous IT/tech support experience/ proven high technical knowledge.
- Excellent communication and social skills.
- Passionate about technology.
- Flexible, supportive, encouraging, and willing to listen, learn, and improve together.
- High level of English or Spanish proficiency.
