Your Profile:
Main Responsabilities:
Task Detailed description of main activities
Personal management Follows the company hygiene and safety rules.
Participates in internal audits when requested.
Participates in Lean activities carried out by the company.
Participates in workshops and meetings.
Participates in Benchmarking studies when requested.
Prepares your MHT registration.
Engineering Tasks Identifies, catalogs and analyzes the documents, standards, specifications assigned to the product.
Takes part in the project engineering meetings.
Collects information and data to support the activities under his on responsability.
Reception and analysis of documents, standards, specifications, component drawings and customer drawings.
Create proposal/suggestions and participates in VA/VE activities.
Ensures that customer specifications and DFM indications are followed.
Analyses and/or generates the requests of product modifications (ECRs/PRs) and drawing modifications (markups), and creates detailed technical support documentation on Ematrix/BEAMS.
Ensures the implementations requested according to customer and standard specifications.
Creates the Wire Harness Customer Drawings with 2D CAD Tools.
Identifies new components, creates their acknowledgment process and registers the component according to technical specifications.
Supports problem analysis with technical decision support reports ( providing expertise in technical activities).
Participates in the analysis and management of claims (8D, 5 Whys).
Claim Management inline with ISO 10002 Takes part in the Quality Management Activities
Collaborates in internal audits when requested.
Reports all claims that may be received by other means than the CRS system to the Quality Department and its Responsible.
Participates on Customer claim investigation and treatment.
Implements corrective and preventive actions and also confirms its efficiency.
Informs the Customer on how and where a claim should be filed.Keeps the Customer informed about the on going claim.
Manages all claims according to their urgency and severity.
Treats Customer with courtesy.
Processes Policies and Procedures Comply with all company's processes, policies and procedures both on local and central level (including Global HQ); align these with local legislation and requirements.
