Education Services Engagement Manager on our
Customer/Technical Training team in

Key Responsibilities
Responsible for education services relationships with Services stakeholders in Casablanca and Johannesburg and additional EMEA partner locations to enable the provision of training solutions to support onboarding, role enablement and skills development and develop proactive consultative relationships to drive education services strategy & meet stakeholder learning requirements.
Drive proactive relationships with multiple SDS stakeholders across EMEA with primary focus on SDS organizations across Casablanca & Johannesburg & several partner locations for client and enterprise technical support organizations
Drive communication & regular interlocks with multiple CSS stakeholder POCs across all LOBs at regular cadences to ensure training requirements are met & proactive planning steps are taken
Drive engagement interlocks and communications across other SDS functions in EMEA as required
Provide proactive learning consultancy support to stakeholders aligned to their strategic business requirements
Act as a POC for new stakeholder requests. Support initial scoping of new learning requests & interlock with other education services functions to execute and provide end to end ownership
Support forecasting and demand planning of training & certification requirements & provide insights to training delivery function of future skills requirement based on new request intake and forecasting activity
Provide local support to plan and execute global training solutions in support of onboarding, role enablement and business transformation including roadmap requirements linked to tool deployment, N*I, Vitality and new hire & partner with the global engagement managers in the coordination of training activities
Essential Requirements
Independently determines approach to managing daily operations.
Excellent communications skills in English and French
Adapts communication techniques for audiences at multiple Internal/external levels
Relationship Focus: Builds cross-functional partnerships
Sets project timeframes and priorities based on project objectives and ongoing assignments as required
Provides guidance and technical advice and becomes actively involved as required
