Poste proposé : EHS Engineer
We are looking for an EHS Engineer.
Missions:
- Understand the local safety policies, laws, regulations and standards of Morocco, strictly implement the rules and regulations, and participate in the company's safety management and safety technology
- Responsible for organizing the investigation, statistics and reporting of safety accidents within the company, organizing and participating in the investigation, analysis and handling of safety accidents
- Guide and supervise the staff's safety education at the factory level, workshop level and team level, the staff's job safety knowledge training, the management of special operation personnel, the management of external construction personnel, the safety education and assessment of interns. Guide and supervise inspection team safety activities
- Organize safety inspection, assist and urge relevant departments to formulate preventive measures for hidden dangers detected, and urge the implementation of the unit's safety production rectification measures
- Participate in the development of the company's safety management system, participate in the preparation of safety emergency plans and on-site emergency disposal plans, and organize various emergency drills in the responsible area
- Correct illegal operations, in case of emergency endangering production safety, have the right to stop operations, and immediately report to the relevant leaders
- Responsible for the supervision and approval of dangerous operations in the jurisdiction, and confirm whether the operating conditions and personnel qualifications of the dangerous operations site meet the requirements
- Organize the area under jurisdiction to carry out hazard identification and evaluation, identify important risk factors, formulate control measures, and supervise the implementation
- Assisted in the "three simultaneous" work of the new EHS expansion in the responsible area, and organized the safety inspection before the commissioning of the new EHS expansion project in the responsible area
- Assist the Environmental Protection Department to supervise the compliance of three wastes (water, gas, slag) in the jurisdiction and the emergency treatment of environmental accidents
Profil recherché pour le poste : EHS Engineer
- Able to speak English and French, and can communicate without obstacles in Morocco
- Manufacturing site safety and environmental management experience
- Skilled use of Excel, PPT, Word and other office software
- Familiar with local EHS laws and regulations, as well as the company's internal EHS management flow
- Strong sense of responsibility, dedication, ability to help solve problems, strong ability to work under pressure.
