To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Technician III, General Engineering in our plant in ymok.
Task Detailed description of main activities % of total working time spent on this task (optional)
QUALITY Follow the quality procedures and Participate in quality improvement projects. 10%
Technical Ensure line balancing through time measurement of identified lines and communicate the progress of the activity 10%
Propose and install improvements to increase out put.
Give the necessary support and work in a team with all the departments 20%
Study of workstation ergonomics and improve the workflow.
Ensure a good collaboration between the CIE team and other services and ensure good reporting 20%
Provide timing training on the site of persons directly related to efficiency and
Productivity and balancing (product responsible, LL, BLC ...)
Launch and lead a family time study per week to track the bottle neck
(After application on routing report) following the request of the coordinator.Leads process concept definition in the plant & ensure the implementation of best practices in the new definitions..
Reliability of the database of the times relative to each process in coordination with SAP team.
Implementer Routing Report calculation on P1, P2 ..
Ensure the implementation of the correct method of quantifying RCTs.
Actively contribute to the enrichment of the PFMEA.
To propose improvements process and implement them on PFMEA. 40%
Ensure compliance with quality requirements and standards. * Ensure the respect of the QMS expectations (IATF 16949), the applications of procedures YEL/YMK, the applications of all work standards and rules related to the EHS (ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001) and the 5S.
* Ensure the respect of the customer specifications (CSR)
