What You Will Be Doing at Arrow
- Responsible for analysing clean business metrics and operating standards to ensure improved operational excellence, improve business performance and maximize CX and VX.
- Provide functional areas of expertise with significant experience and knowledge of how business process operate end to end in the IT Distribution Business in Operations departments.
- Identifies and facilitates process improvement efforts with business owners.
- Works with business stakeholders (country, customer and vendor reps) to identify and optimize global linkage and alignment on changes and implementation of processes.
- Defines & monitors end-to-end Ops process metrics to identify performance issues and resolution with business owners.
Who are we looking for?
- A Master's degree in business administration, management,
- Relevant work experience in operations management or a related role is necessary.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for project management and data analysis.
