You will help to ensure that patients and physicians have the medicines they need, when they need them.
What You Will Achieve
Provides engineering and technical support on a variety of operational activities such as developing and recommending procedures and methods, preparing technical reports and documentation. Performs planning or coordination activities to enable repairs and maintenance in plant or office facilities, machines and/or equipment. May supports work related to conducting routine, periodic, or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of facilities, machinery, and equipment.
How You Will Achieve It
- Manage own time, professional development, and be accountable for own results.
- Ensure adherence to all plant safety rules in area of responsibility.
- Coordinate the operation of manufacturing lines to assure that quality, compliance, safety and production standards are met.
- Develop, maintain and train team colleagues on Operator care task sheets.
- Establish efficient processes, monitoring specific results, and improve identified process opportunities using Right First Time and Lean principles.
- Learn activities and tasks associated with own role and follow specific, detailed instructions. Identify relevant concerns or factors and communicating issues impacting production activities.
- Work well with colleagues from other business units.
QualificationsMust-Have
- Masters's Degree.
- Manufacturing experience is required.
- Skill in analyzing information, problems, situations, practices or procedures.
- Strong math skills with the ability to calculate percentages and develop basic graphs and spreadsheets.
- Ability to effectively communicate work instructions and coordinate the work of others.
- Finance and accounting skills.
- Strong English/French.
- GMP and Pharmaceutical Engineering.
