The Development Specialist is responsible for the following functions:
- Ensure the creation and updating of job descriptions, job profiles & organization charts of DELPHI.
- Conduct IS employee recruitment interviews: sourcing, pre-selection on file, telephone interviews, physical interviews.
- Ensure the follow-up of the IS recruitment process: technical interviews, HRM validation interviews and HRD validation interviews.
- Conduct internal recruitment interviews via global job opening and specific job opening.
- Implement and ensure compliance with the Onboarding process for IS within the DELPHI site: Pre-onboarding of candidates, support for new recruits by managers and buddies.
- Prepare and ensure the display of all communications related to HR development: welcome, Job opening announcement,...
- Ensure the update of development tools: PBP, 9box, TRP...
- Develop a pool of candidates: internal & external, in advance according to a proactive approach.
- Participate in projects for the continuous improvement of people's development.
- Participate in partnership agreements with schools and universities.
- Manage the status of trainees and their integration.
- Issue IS transfer documents and ensure their follow-up.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with environmental standards.
