Your Profile:
Level of studies: Master's degree in Industrial or technical fields
Experience: Min 2 years experience in similar area
Competencies required: Data Analysis, Digital low code workflow management, advanced microsoft office knowledge
Language: Fluent english
Main Tasks:
Task Detailed description of main activities
Y-EMEA Process Management Support and maintain Y-EMEA process design in software BIC and other potential EOS specific software packages (such as Operating System Assessment)
Master data workflows management - Software administration for Y-EMEA Master data management.
- Creation of process flows, sub processes flows, rules, forms, conditions etc. for Master Data within Y-EMEA.
- Govern digital workflow management for all Y-EMEA master data management processes.
- Monitor the progress of digital workflow processes, and escalate issues.
- Implement process monitoring and mining software to manage master data in Y-EMEA.
EOS Design Active participation in:
- Developing and Implementing EOS design solutions for all EOS/OSA/KPI/ INNOVATION related matters.
- Design the EOS consisting of Enterprise Processes and kpi's, Operating System Assessments, Continuous Improvements and Innovation Projects, in close cooperation with the EOS Design Director.
Training & Coaching Performing of EOS related training and coaching:
- Conduct class room and OJT trainings, and provide respective coaching.
- Make training info available in function of each stakeholders' group requirements, and closely cooperate with the EOS Digital Solutions Expert/Mgr to use the appropriate digital tools.
- Embed the lessons learned and evaluation from the gemba into the training packages, in close cooperation with the EOS Design Manager and Coach and EOS Assessment team
Reporting - Maintain dashboards to Monitor and Report the EOS performance, and the related continuous improvement planning & progress.
