Duties will include, but are not limited to :
- Extensive diary management
- Travel coordination
- Liaising with third-party travel vendors
- Preparing supporting doucuments for scheduled meetings
- Ensuring coordination of meetings, collecting agendaitems ,issuing minutes promptly ,and following up
- Supporting the CEO in preparing initiatives (e.g., client meetings, ad hoc projects)
- Attending business meetings
- Processing expenses , including cash and credit card transactions
- Processing invoices
- Acting as a gatekeeper
- Organising small business events
- Making reservations and placing orders
- Answering /returning calls
- Monitoring inbox
- Flexibility to attend to any further personal matters

Profil Recherché

Your Skills and Experience :

- Bilingual in French and English
- Minimum 5 years of experience at the executive level
- Excelllent communication, networking, and organisational skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
- Proficient computer skills (MS Office)
