about the role



As Finance data quality partner, within Mutualized Analyses & Support team, you will collaborate and share activities with other specialized team members in order to support Finance objectives.
You will handle the following activities on various Finance Area (workforce, purchase/cost…)
Perform centrally analyses and share the outcome with Finance community across Finance organization: + Perform monthly & ad hoc analysis (ex : Assist controllers with gap analysis)
+ Use reporting tools to report actuals data and budget for OBS and its entities (subsidiaries, Equant…) within the framework of the reporting process of the group.
+ Early identify issues through proactive analyses (ex : extra support of FP&A during closing period)
+ Perform impact assessment and checks within change management processes (corrections, evolutions)
+ Ensure reporting support
Monitor data quality + Control the data quality to ensure expected data completeness and accuracy,
+ First level analysis,
+ Inform and coordinate stakeholders for quality improvement,
+ Consolidate inputs to prepare corrective adjustments
Guide and support Finance community: + Collect and share knowhow:
- Animate workshop and collect information on the process
- Master of existing reports and educate/support users
- Initiate new reports/automation if necessary
Support Finance Transformation & Innovation: + Participate to Transformation & Innovation Finance projects and initiatives
- participate to the specifications definitions of new reports
+ Support the Data & reporting team to guarantee continuity of service
- Ad-hoc analysis on specific issues with an OBS transversal overview
+ Enforce the processes defined with stakeholders
+ Improve the timeliness, relevance, and accuracy of reporting
+ Act to support the Business continuity plan

about you



Education :



Master's degree in accounting or Finance or equivalent is expected

Experience:



At least 3 years of work experience as accountant, controller is expected Experience related to data quality is a plus Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Experience with EPM, PowerBI is an advantage

Strong capabilities to structure, organize, you are rigorous and reliable. Strong collaboration skills (communicate/listen); able to animate discussion, collect information, share best practices Willing to learn and work on various topics Good team player, with ability to act as individual contributor
