What you will do:
- Regularly update transactions and enter account entries;
- Communicate with customers via calls and emails;
- Process invoices, bills, and reports to ensure timely and accurate payments;
- Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, credit card transactions, and other financial records;
- Conduct regular checking to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in financial data;
- Provide administrative support to the finance team;
- Manage and develop a team of finance professionals, providing coaching, mentoring and guidance;
- Become a product expert and constantly grow.
Requirements:
- Fluent Chinese and English (both at least C1);
- Experience of working in a finance role, with a strong understanding of accounting entries;
- Strong technical accounting skills;
- Knowledge of IFRS and GAAP;
- Strong communication skills.
Will be a great plus:
- Experience with native speakers.
