Join our SupportYourApp team as an
Accounting and Customer Support Consultant What you will do:
Regularly update transactions and enter account entries; Communicate with customers via calls and emails; Process invoices, bills, and reports to ensure timely and accurate payments; Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, credit card transactions, and other financial records; Conduct regular checking to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in financial data; Provide administrative support to the finance team; Manage and develop a team of finance professionals, providing coaching, mentoring and guidance; Become a product expert and constantly grow.
Requirements:
Fluent Chinese and English (both at least C1); Experience of working in a finance role, with a strong understanding of accounting entries; Strong technical accounting skills; Knowledge of IFRS and GAAP; Strong communication skills.
Will be a great plus:
Experience with native speakers.
