What You Will Do:


  • Always be up-to-date with the cutting-edge technology;
  • Provide customer service via emails;
  • Create design for email templates on demand;
  • Conduct research and analysis;
  • Developing training program and creating product reports;
  • Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT-companies;
  • Become a product expert and constantly grow.

Requirements:


  • Fluent French and English (both C1);
  • Amazon Web Services certificate/strong background;
  • Experience in technical/customer support;
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Customer oriented and responsible attitude.
