About Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr, Morocco:


This incredible hotel project located in the capital of Morocco sits on 15 acres and consists of 13 buildings for accommodation, restaurants, lobby, located within lush gardens, in and outdoor pools and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.  


The Role of Accounts Receivable:


We currently have an opportunity for an experienced, Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our pre-opening Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco! 


Reporting into our Director of Finance, check all incoming goods against delivery orders and invoices, food specifications and purchase records to ensure that the type, amount, price and quality of items received and ordered are correct. Update daily receiving in the Purchasing/Inventory system and generate a Daily Receiving report for food, beverage, non-food and beverage on a timely basis. Ensure all goods received are delivered to the correct storage place/holding area. Maintain the highest level of business integrity in dealing with vendors and delivery persons.


Our Ideal Accounts Receivable candidate will have:


At least one-year full-time employment in a similar position in the hospitality industry. High school education or equivalent experience. Require a working technical knowledge of Internal Controls, Policies and Procedures as it relates to Purchasing, Store and Receiving, including purchase orders and inventory procedures.  Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with cross-functional teams, vendors, contractors, vendors' delivery person and freight forwarders.


Fluency in French, Arabic and English is a must for this location, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
