Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons' policies.


  • Welcomes and registers hotel guests, explaining the accommodations and facilities.


  • Review arrival lists to welcome guests


  • Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries.


  • Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers.


  • Address customer complaints and escalate to  Guest Relations Manager / Director when needed.


  • Take care of each and everything the guest might need and ask for.


  • Check the amenities for their quality and proper provision.
