We are hiring a  Guest Relation Agent  to provide exceptional service and ensure a memorable experience for our guests. If you have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for hospitality, we invite you to apply.

Responsabilities : 

• Welcome and inform guests about our Resort's facilities and services.
• Handle guest inquiries promptly and knowledgeably.
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Address guest complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
• Provide recommendations and assist guests with bookings.
• Anticipate guest needs and exceed their expectations.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Maintain a neat and organized work area.

Profile :  

• Excellent communication skills in English & French
• Good problem solver
• Well presented
• Good organisation skills
• Diploma in Marketing / Communication
