We are recruiting HelpDesk Agents.

Missions :

You receive calls in a friendly and professional manner,
You open or follow up on incident tickets in the helpdesk database, by qualifying the nature of the incident and the priority.
You will also be responsible for the management of all the information required to deal with the incident (contact, equipment concerned, error message, etc.).
You diagnose the breakdowns to treat at your level or assign them to the departments concerned

Profil Recherché

You should have at least 2 years of experience in a help desk or user support role.
You must be capable of working in a team setting and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The ability to operate autonomously with a high level of precision, organization, and adherence to procedures is essential.
Your capacity for attentive listening, composure, and strong teaching skills will be greatly valued in this user-facing position.
