Poste The Market Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining a high-quality relationship with hotel partners establishing sales strategy for the key markets, to meet revenue goals through effective management of rates, inventory and parity optimization by using marketing, distribution and revenue management tools.
Mission:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Hotel partners in his assigned area
- Provide revenue management advice and marketing opportunities to Improve productivity and sales
- Negotiate favorable inventories and rates
- Negotiate exclusive promotions and added values ensuring that Prestigia's customers always find the most competitive offers.
- Optimize the quality of the information provided to customers (content, rates and availability) to maximize the conversion rate
- Evaluate the market trends, maintain a competitive benchmarking, collect and analyze figures essential for decision-making and action plan elaboration (number of clicks, ROI, Conversion Rate…)
- Collaborate with the contracting department in the acquisition of new hotels
- Daily & monthly reporting.
Profil Skills and competencies required:
- Bachelor's Degree (major in tourism or hospitality a plus)
- 1-2 years experience in the e-commerce or hospitality sector
- Proficiency in spoken and written English & Spanish or Turkish or French or Italian
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive, responsible and can work independently
- Organized and Highly motivated
- Strong Analytical and Mathematical skills
- Advanced Excel skills
