Your Profile:
- Level of Studies: Master's Degree in legal fields or similar
- Experience: Several years of experience in the compliance / legal department in a comparable function
- Track record in Internal Investigations
- Design/Implementation of Compliance Management Systems
- Anti-Bribery Compliance and Third Party Management (Business Partner Compliance)
- General Compliance Management
- Experience gained in-house legal or compliance department and/or law firm
Main Responsabilities:
Task Detailed description of main activities
Internal Investigations Regional rollout of Whistleblowing system as well as regional steering and handling of reports and case allocation (including ECC meetings) and follow-up. Cooperation with Central Functions, other (Regional) Senior Compliance Managers and local organizations to ensure effective and timely conduct of internal investigations (including coordination of external legal advice and personal lead of investigations )
RHQ Compliance Organization and Compliance Management Supporting the Head of Compliance in relation to Compliance Organisation (link to Internal Control System), Compliance Reporting (ECC, ICC, BoD), and definition of general Compliance standards (policies, procedures, internal controls, monitoring, supervision & improvement etc.)
Managing the decentral Compliance Program Anti-Bribery Responsibility for the regional rollout (CSC/Bus, Plants) of the Compliance Program Anti-Bribery (Risk Analysis, Policies, Procedures, Internal Controls, Reporting, Supervision and Improvement) based on overall directions aligned with Director Compliance.
Third Party Management Responsibility for the regional rollout (CSC/Bus, Plants) of the Third Party Compliance Management (Risk Analysis, Due Diligence, Risk Mitigation Measures etc.) based on overall directions aligned with Head of Compliance and other Central Functions, as appropriate.
Compliance Communication, Advice and Training Providing regional Compliance Advice (focus on Anti-Bribery Compliance Program, Code of Conduct, Third Party Management & Supply Chain Due Diligence tasks as well as further, general Compliance matters), regional adaptation and deployment of the Training and Communication Concept Anti-Bribery in cooperation with central / local HR and concerned functions (RHQ, CSC/Bus, Plants, including regular visits to Gemba) and related documentation and reporting.
Decentral Compliance organization and Compliance Culture Closely working with local leadership at Plants and CSC/Bus (incl. regular local visits) within areas of responsibility to contribute to the establishment of a Compliance Culture and implement effective Compliance risk prevention and detection measures
