Handle HR operations based on policies and guidelines in line with local legislation.
File employee-related documentation; maintain employee records and supports delivery of reports and analytics to drive decision making.
Answer and process transactional activities (payroll, system changes/updates, etc.) according to the defined processes.

Understanding of HR processes (recruitment, engagement, performance management, learning & development, etc.) and policies.
Knowledge of local labor law.
Proficiency level in English.
Expected skills: customer orientation, process-orientation, relationship management, analytical thinking.
