· Collaborating with site EHS manager and plant leadership team to complete projects and tasks for safety continuous improvement

Ensure continuous improvement actions in the Moroccan plant
· Lead Continuous Improvement action throughout the site (processes, trainings, Kaizen WS / Projects…)
· Track all changes/improvements made to provide Plant Management the assurance that changes are effective and lasting;
· Meet site financial objectives identified for the CI Transformation at Plant level;
· Support Best Practices Sharing into CI network at Regional level.
· Communicate effectively the teams' results to all internal and external customers;
· Help the Plant Leadership Team to develop a vision that effects positive operational and cultural changes at Plant level

High Level Requirements of Position:
Experience (required):
· 5 years as an industrial Engineer /Continuous Improvement Leader including one experience in management
· 5 years of experience in Lean manufacturing: implementation, lead workshop at shop floor and performed improvement in Industrial environment,
· Knowledge required in Project & Management budget, cost calculation, budget monitoring
· Excellent leardership skills, organizational and multi-tasking skills, ability to coach and develop associates by providing feedback
Experience (preferred):
· Knowledge in SAP
· Knowledge in MES and manufacturing digitalization
· automotive industry
· Six Sigma Belt
Education (required):
· Master's degree in engineering or technical area
Education (preferred):
· Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or technical area
Travel:
