This incredible hotel project located in the capital of Morocco sits on 15 acres and consists of 13 buildings for accommodation, restaurants, lobby, located within lush gardens, in and outdoor pools and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
The Role of Assistant Banqueting Manager:
We currently have an opportunity for an Assistant Banqueting Manager, to join our pre-opening Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco!
Reporting into our Banqueting Manager, to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met, long-range strategic planning for banqueting outlet operation. The ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.
Coordinate set-up requirements for hotel and off-site functions according to the banquet event order, communicate directly with group contacts, to ensure that all details of the function are carried out, ensure quality and timeliness of all food items, as well as provide knowledge of wine and spirits in an elegantly appointed environment dedicated to an attentive and distinctive experience.
Our Ideal Assistant Banqueting Manager candidate will have:
Previous experience within a similar role is essential. Knowledge of Food & Beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting.
Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.
Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
Fluency in French, Arabic and English is a must for this location, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
