Description du poste For our entity in Casablanca - Morocco, we are looking for a Internal Communication Officer & Graphic Designer ( INTERIM) to join our communication team.
Internal communications Responsabilities:
- Supporting the Communications & Advocacy Manager for BASF Northwest Africa by executing a cohesive internal communications plan for employees in Country Cluster Northwest Africa. This includes the production of creative communications using infographics and digital tools and distributed on different channels: Email, Intranet, Viva Engage, Plasma Screen, Magazine, etc.
- Collaborating with communications colleagues regionally across Market Area Africa, to ensure the follow up on the different campaigns.
- Working closely with employees (Service & Business Units) to understand the internal communications needs and work independently to create content to meet the needs.
- Proposing and organizing internal communications events.
Graphic Design responsabilities :
- Produce various visual and video communication materials such as advertisements, teasers, brochures, posters, backdrops that will support the purposes of the internal & external campaigns or events, using digital tools such as: Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, etc.
- To carry out animation preparation, 3D object work, video shooting, video editing, voice-over, subtitling and montage processes for the needs of various organizations within the company.
- Give guidance on the use of BASF's logo and related rules, as well as PowerPoint presentations and to direct relevant colleagues.
What we expect:
Education :
- Bachelor Degree in Communication/ Marketing or related field Graphic Design.
- High level of knowledge of Graphic design tools, specifically illustrator, Photoshop, Canva.
- Good level in English
Working Experience:
- At least 2-3 Years Experience in Internal communication and Graphic Design
