APMT Tangier is currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Security Business Partner. The successful individual will be reporting to the Head of HSSE at TM2 Terminal. He/She will have a broad job-scope and will be responsible for ensuring that roles and responsibilities for Security is well defined in the terminal, that local physical security programs are relevant, have quality and deliver impact against identified threats, and that our Duty of Care program is implemented and is functioning as expected.
Moreover, this role will require him/her to establish working relationships with local authorities and law enforcement to ensure a smooth collaboration before, during and after events while working cross functionally.

Key Responsibilities:



Ensure that the Terminal comply with the ISPS code and Establish a detection and deterrence system against security threats.
Establish collection and exchange of security information with local authorities and Global Security/Regional Security Business Partner.
Ensure that adequate security measures in place (physical security, plans, procedures, and protocols).
Establish loss prevention and crime detection strategies for the terminal, get management buy-in for these strategies and implement accordingly.
Conduct security risk assessments of crime trends and geo-political developments.
Maintain security related dashboard and reporting protocols.
Ensure that our Duty of Care (DoC) Security program is introduce, implemented, trained and followed up on across the Terminal.
Manage and BCM and CM programs at terminal level, under global guidance.
Coordinate and lead Business continuity activities within the terminal and collaborate with the Global Resilience function.
Coordinate and lead crisis management preparedness activities, including exercise frameworks.

Main Requirements:



+3 years of security experience required (experience in a port or airport facility is highly preferred).
ISPS/PFSO Certification from acknowledge learning institute is a Must.
Technical security background and preferably a master's degree education in security management, logistics, management or similar from a well-established educational faculty.
Ability to communicate fluently in Arabic, French and English.
Prior Leadership/management experience is a Must as you will lead and guide security staff and create efficient stakeholder management.
Ability to develop positive and engaging productive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Excellent organizational skills, including planning, direction, and monitoring activities. Plus, the ability to remain calm, and to work under stress,
Background in security risk identification and management is preferred.
Experience with illegal cargo, counterfeit, and smuggling (desirable).
