AnyTech365 is recruiting for its office in Casablanca a Japanese Native Sales Agent

Profil Recherché

WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE:
- Be proactive in handling customers needs once it reaches you.
- The customer is the most important assets that the company has, thus your role is to keep always the respective and polite manner to handle the customer with care.
- Part of your JD is to answer, making and handling customers calls or any other takes that would be assigned to you by your supervisor.
- Create solutions and ensure to provide a smooth up-sales and cross sales process.
- Work alongside with our team of Technical Support.
- Comply with our compliance department.
- Reach monthly sales targets set out by the Managers.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in sales or IT/tech support is an advantage but not necessary as full training and support will be given
- Valid Visa
- Communication and social skills
- Native level of Japanese
- Passionate about technologies
- Outgoing
- Be a team player: flexible, supportive, encouraging, prepared to listen, learn and improve together
- Be able to perform! This is a sales role, you must be able to sell. We want closers
