Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal support to the various internal departments
Work with other in-house counsels and outside counsels, as required
Negotiate and draft complex transactional agreements
Taking preemptive measures to avoid legal risks and conflicts
Provide relevant advice to customers and employees where appropriate
Work closely with business colleagues to provide legal solutions that are business-oriented
Collaborate with legal colleagues in preparing templates, guides, playbooks, processes and/or manuals
Work across various projects
Key Requirements:
Must be geographically based in North Africa
Qualified to practice in Morocco
2-3 years' legal experience (in-house experience is not essential),
Strong knowledge and experience within employment law
You will be proactive, autonomous, resilient, adaptable, eager to continually learn and develop professionally
You will be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
You have good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
You are fluent in English
