PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.
PLEASE NOTE that applications that are only submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking partners at Sanofi worldwide.

We are looking for: Junior Policy Specialist - VIE Contract (W/M)

Responsibilities:
Support local internal collaboration across various functions (marketing, medical affairs, government affairs, communications, policy) to ensure strategic alignment and deliver maximum value from external collaborations Contribute to key ‘Swing factors for the region' implementation: ‘Extended Program of Immunization (EPI) introduction Tunisia and/or Libya', ‘Libya Public Private Partnership, Institut Pasteur of Morocco partnership, 'Institut Pasteur of Algeria MoU'; hence structuring project approach, monitoring project progresses, managing risk with mitigation plan, and communicating project progress as per aligned guidance per project Support the execution of current Public Partnerships (Memorandum Of Understanding) and contribute to the development of future innovative contracting models to strengthen our Public Health partner role and to generate win-win opportunities towards those Countries Understand the external environment and identify the expectations and interests of key external stakeholders who are decision makers or influencers towards our business objective to shape environment favorably
Requirements:
Master's Degree in Business, Life Science or similar Scientific background (medicine, pharmacy, life science) through education or relevant experience would be a great plus Experience in public engagement, public affairs, public policy is a plus Vaccine experience is highly preferred Basic computer skills (MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong interpersonal and communication skills (orally/written) Excellent project management skills Experience with high complexity of operations in the Multi Countries Organization (MCO) and engaged partnership would be an asset Fluent English & French (oral & written) Additional language is a plus Team player Strong ability to build relationships across departments and functions Strong agility to navigate through complex topic and different organizational structure Active listening, detail oriented, strategic thinking, analytical skills, problem solver, collaborative Attention to detail, adopting methodical, systematic, organized working style while retaining sight of the bigger picture Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize duties and focus on key outcomes
