For our entity in Casablanca, Morocco, we are looking for an Account Manager for Marrakech & Souss region to join our Nunhems-Vegetables Seeds Team .


What you can expect:


*    This position is directly reporting to the country Sales Manager North and West Africa.
 


Functional / Operational tasks:


Sales:


  • Plan, review, adapt and execute the annual and/or more annual sales plan in line with M&S strategy to match the plan with the production plan and stock.
  • Introduce company, product to (potential) national and international Key Customers in line with M&S strategy to inform and acquire customers.
  • Build a strong business plan for strategic & key customers in alignment with product development, marketing, and customer-consumer chemistry.
  • Steer the Customer Team to assure all aspects for the correct development of the projecting carried out with the strategic & Key Customers being the most proactive link to always anticipate the critical path and avoid failure.
  • Work closely with customer and consumer department to strongly connect local growers/exporters to importers in Europe through fruits & vegetables value chain.

Marketing:


  • Collecting data on consumers, competitors and marketplace and consolidating information into actionable items, reports, and presentations.
  • Provide market, price, and product information to contribute to the formulation of the marketing and sales plan in the crop team.
  • Contribute to APV market leadership strategy, implementing and follow up of action plans targeting customers to enhance APV market share and boosting loyalty.
  • Day to day (experimental and sales) activities & build up a robust sales network and customer data base to APV that secure the strategic growth objectives.
  • The support of sales in Morocco through his capabilities to promote APV varieties directly or through distributor's teams and retailers.
  • Customer relationship and coordinate the implementation and follow up of the local marketing activities through building, maintaining, and enhancing strong relationship with all stakeholders in the seeds value chain.
  • Conducting different levels of trialing in main growing and potential areas mainly with strategic and key customers.

Cash Management:


  • Take care of the money collection in line with the financial policy and the payment terms to ensure enough cash flow.

What we expect:


Education
*    Agricultural engineering or equivalent


Working Experience: 


*    Breadth/depth of experience required (minimum 5years' experience)
*    Experience working with similar systems in a similar business environment (especially Melon & Watermelon)


Industry and/or Country specific requirements:


*    Morocco
*    Seed industry (especially Melon & Watermelon)


Technical & Professional Knowledge:  


*    Knowledge of vegetable seeds market 
*    Ability to communicate and influence
*    Team worker
*    Able to work in a matrix organization 


IT skills:


*    Microsoft skills 


Language skills (level):


*    Arabic : fluent
*    French: fluent
*    English, Business fluency
