Howmet Fixations Casablanca is looking for Logistic Engineer (Sales Administration)
The Logistic Engineer is responsible for the organization, management and follow-up of purchase orders and the proper handling of orders. He/she is also responsible for ensuring that the time limit for sending acknowledgements of receipt is respected.
Key Activities:
In fact, it acts as an intermediary and works closely with all the company's departments. This makes it possible to establish and maintain a link between the various divisions.
His function leads to answer calls for tender, to manage the quotations with the management and to negotiate the conditions of sale with the customers so that it proceeds as well as possible. He is also responsible for implementing sales procedures.
In addition, throughout all stages of the sale, he/she ensures that quality and compliance standards are respected. It is also the role of the sales administration to handle and resolve possible disputes with customers as well. These can be multiple and linked to delivery delays, defective products or wrong quantities. In all cases, he must be able to find an adequate solution to guarantee customer satisfaction.
As part of the site logistics team, the Logistic Engineer can also manage scheduling and work orders follow-up tasks.
