To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Logistics Specialist L2.
Your Profile:
- Level of studies: Master's degree in Logistics fields or equivalent
- Experience : Minimum 2 years experience
Main Responsabilities:
Task Detailed description of main activities
Raw material and production disturbance control Lead stock control team;
Maintain inventories at optimum levels to prevent under-or-over stock level.
Minimize overstock and removal of obsolete raw materials to not impact finantial results;
Prepare improvement plan to develope processus and ordering system to reduce inventory and minimize Logistics costs;
Analyze weekly orders report and take the necessary actions to avoid any potential high inventory or dead stock;
Communicate with Finish Good Planner/Coordinator/supervisor for the change of the production forecast, to adjust the material planning and ordering;
Communicate with SM and CLE to solve issues related to RM procurement;
Ensure the follow-up of any materials in delay to avoid production disturbance;
Communicate to hierarchical superior the weekly critical file and ensure close follow-up for it;
Share with all the logistics plant Department the status of the critical component to prioritize the activities to avoid production disturbance and impacts on deliveries.
Ensure weekly follow-up with stock control planners for excessive and dead stock RM;
Analyze periodically ERP parameters;
Ensure respect of internal procedures.
Work Organization and reporting Prepare and review procedures for Stock control departement
Coach planners to increase their productivity and positive reactivity.
Ensure good and safe climate among stock control team
Premium cost control Decide the better form of transportation to ensure the material on time;
Use ASL interface to find support from Yazaki affiliates;
Follow-up with import & export team any costs due to forwarder issues
Involve SM and CLE in order to push suppliers to refund all costs related to air freights at their responsabilty.
EHS and IATF Ensure and promote the respect of waste management operational standards and procedures
Ensure and promote the respect of EH&S operational standards and procedures
Ensure implementation of all customers and QMS requirements ( IATF , MMOG, QSB+, DIESE).
Support NYS activity and ensure the implementation of the related action plans.
Ensure and promote the respect of YAZAKI Basics (MOTO, 7 Muda, TPME).
