Job Description:


 Job Summary


*             Support channel managers & field sales team to deliver key planning and backoffice tasks inline with company overall objective and orientation


*             Support pricing, portfolio changes with accountability for on time and accurate CRM update


*             Coordinates customers ordering, Shipping and billing process in close collaboration with Supply chain to insure best in class service levels / Track Casefill to trade at distributor level.


*             Manage and compensate customers spends based on aligned investment framework by customer and trade channel.


*             Monitoring and analyzing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions, in charge of POWER BI dashboards across divisions


*             Ensuring sales processes adoption and compliance, closely working with channel managers to identify and address continuous improvement opportunities


*             Coordinates sales capability building initiatives with close collaboration with Channel Managers 


*             Support and centralize sub Distributors contract renewal processes


2.            Main Responsibilities / Tasks


  • CRM Management  :

-              Check and control customer Database accuracy, active coverage, GPS.


-              Centralize CRM Update requirement: portfolio, Pricing , promo plans.


-              Initiate CRM updates & improvements based to improve.


-              Stock equation tracking at sub distributor to reconciliate sales in and sales outs on a monthly basis.


  • Performance Management   :

-              Track and share Sales Dashboard using different available tools (Assabil / Power BI)


-              Centralize CRM Update requirement: portfolio, Pricing , promo plans


-              Initiate CRM updates & improvements in close collaboration with Morocco SFA Admin


-              Stock equation tracking at sub distributor to reconciliate sales in and sales outs on a monthly basis.


  • Ordering / Shipping /Billing Process :

-              Calculate Sub Distributor replenishment orders based on aligned replenishment parameters


-              Coordinates with supply chain to secure proper flow of customers OSB process


-              Analyse back orders and coordinates with sales to mitigate gaps


  • Distributor Management

-              Plan and centralize sub distributor monthly stock counts


-              Control stock equation by sub distributor 


-              Identify and action initiatives to deplete Slow moving items at sub distrib level


-              Cash Collection: Secure BIC receivables on time payments with 0 overdues


Formula card management & Compensation 


-              Centralize Distributor's formula card, and coordinates on time spends approval and compensation.


-              Share with distributors the details of compensation shared on a monthly basis


-              Identify and action BIC Slob at sub distrib level Calculate Sub Distributor replenishment orders based on aligned replenishment parameters.


  • Sales capability Building  

-              Monitor clear performance objectives for all sales managers and ensure they are achieved by training and developing a professional, highly skilled and motivated sales manager.


-              Work with HR and key stakeholders to plan training events & activities for Sales organization.


-              Propose dynamic bonus scheme for Field Sales Team in line with BIC Standards & Market priorities.


-              Proactively work with Sales Manager/ Director to identify potential sales talents and build succession plans in sales team.

*             Distributor Inventory in value and in volume


*             Active coverage by category


*             DSO / Cash collection


4.            Candidate Profile: Qualifications / Technical Skills
