To strengthen our team, we are looking for a [[3PL Manager]].
- Drive and coordinate the implementation of the 3PL supply chain: set-up between supplying region and TTI 3PL platform, set-up between TTI 3PL platform and customers, including vendor/customer/material master data, EDI, coordinate with sales&supply management the issuance of price list, etc.
- Review strategy of the 3PL platform including MRP parameters, safety buffer, MOT, etc. to minimise premium risk, minimise E&O risk and optimise stock level
- Follow up changes in LT, SPQ, MOQ and regularly update these data together with the price list
- Consolidate every 6-month CPV input from Y-EMEA plants and submit to Yazaki manufacturing plants (suppliers) of the 3PL platform. Same exercise should be performed on case-by-case basis when we have new part nr's added to the 3PL portfolio.
- In case of capacity gaps/shortages, to engage the organization to get action plan and prepare risk assessment.
- Escalation point to the customers of the 3PL Platform in case of operational / quality related issues.
- Escalation point to the 3PL platforms, i.e. monitor backlog of the distribution centres and follow-up action plan with the manufacturing plants to minimise premium risk and to avoid major impact; monitor QS complaints and support their in-time resolution
- Support to develop tools to increase effectiveness of the supplies from the manufacturing plants: shortage report, in-transit report, coverage/buffer evolution etc.
