Your Profile: 

• Level of Studies: Master's degree in industrial fields or similar
• Experience : Min: 6 years of experience in similar area
• Language: English is Mandatory

Main Responsabilities:

Task Detailed description of main activities
Task 1 * Set and Execute MEC projects and improvements within the designated locations
Task 2 * Support the tracking and analysis of the location Operational and financial KPIs ( Cost/MH , Direct productivity ,Indirect ratio,OEE…) in order to provide improvement directions 
Task 3 * Conduct detailed benchmarking for process set up and standardization activities and provide inputs to production preparation.
Task 4 * Share best practices within all YEMA location to achieve manufacturing excellence performance by identifying gaps in cost commitments.
Task 5 * Support bringing all YEMEA plants to the same standards that ensure Manufacturing Excellence.
Task 6 *Provides Operational support in topics related to Renault/Nissan BU and plays the role of interface between the BU and the Plant.
