Marketing Advisor Duties and Responsibilities:
The Marketing Advisor is tasked with ensuring our customers have a smooth onboarding process and are the main POC for our customers. The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to manage their time effectively to properly handle and build relationships with a high volume of customers.

Strong oral and written communication skills in SPANISH/ENGLISH (a must)
1+ year of experience in customer support, account management, or sales
Positive commercial attitude and great interpersonal skills
Must be self-motivated, persistent, and able to work independently
Having a healthy dose of entrepreneurship, curiosity, and a problem-solving mentality
Proven track record demonstrating strong articulation of a solution-selling approach
Digital Marketing or Advertising knowledge is a plus
