Description du poste Main responsibilities:
Support Vaccines Franchise Leads with regards to marketing operational activities to achieve internal ambition and best serve our customers.
The main responsibilities are articulated as follow:
- Support Franchise Leads in campaign brief preparation and manage creative side with agencies
- Responsible for agencies interface : schedule meetings, ensure follow up on deliverables and deadlines, review deliverables based on brief and report to Franchise Leads
- Build and maintain strong relations with external (agencies) and internal stakeholders (sales teams, medical and regulatory, BO&S teams, warehouse etc)
- Submit promotional material to internal system approvals, ensure review follow up with medical et regulatory teams, and external agencies for update
- Ensure distribution of the campaignS to sales teams (printing and or digital distribution) with agencies and internal stakeholders (warehouse)
- Keep track of all promotional material (status, codes, expiry date etc) in internal system and excel tracker
- Keep track of spending , submitting & managing purchase orders in internal system
- Drive events preparation (congress and round table) from event initiation to closing
- Assist Franchises Leads in diverse projects , across the Morocco & Tunisia, scope, as well as cross functions and region projects
- Campaign analysis : monitoring of performance and KPI's

- Marketing acumen with knowledge in customer experience, multichannel marketing, digital marketing and agency briefing
- Ability to coordinate, follow up on task and project. Project management experience or skills would be a plus
- Ability to build brief, review agency deliverables and report to Franchise Leads
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel proficiency required
- Education : Graduate in Marketing or Business School
Languages : Arab, French, and English
