Hexcel is currently seeking a Material Planner for our Casablanca, Morocco location.
The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:
- Perform Yearly/ Monthly/Weekly Production Schedules in accordance with supply chain constraints.
- Daily confirmation of Customers Sales orders placed in the ERP based on all Supply Chain constraints: Capacity/ Lead time/ Material Availability/ Lead Time..etc
- Be the site point of contact with the Customer Service's representatives in the world.
- Communication with shift leaders the Weekly/ monthly schedule. Ensure proper reporting of the schedule in advance.
- Coordinate with engineering/ Program Managers the planning for new Projects.
- Analysis of the capacity Review to prevent any future shortage.
- Managing inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations.
- Preparing cost estimates and performance reports.
- Purchase materials, components (consumables) in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets
- Be a lead on the consumable's reduction cost activities .
Qualifications:
- Engineering Degree in Supply Chain/Industry or relevant field.
- Relevant 5 years' experience in multinational environment.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office is a must), & strong skills on Power BI
- Relevant experience using ERP (Microsoft AX is a plus).
- Critical thinking and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English & French.
