ISC Production Supervisor
Honeywell is looking for a ISC Production Supervisor to based in Morocco. You will supervise a team of individual contributors who are manufacturing Honeywell's world class innovative products and will leverage your manufacturing experience and skills to lead some of the world's most talented production employees. You will use your leadership abilities to contribute to driving safety, productivity, and exceptional quality in our production facilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Realize the manufacturing plan/schedule to meet production requirements.
- Monitor production to ensure that quality products are produced in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner based on quality guidelines and production targets.
- Track and report trends on a daily, weekly and/or monthly basis based on production, quality, and efficiency metrics.
- Analyze data, make recommendations for improvements, and assist in the implementation of solutions to resolve issues and improve financial results.
- Adjust staff numbers as needed based on production workload requirements.
- Provide performance planning, coaching and feedback.
- Familiarize yourself with relevant company policies and procedures. Administer and enforce company policies under the direction of the Plant and Human Resources Manager.
- Enforce company security policies.
- Help resolve manufacturing and quality issues that interfere with planned schedules. Requires constant reassessment and adjustment of personnel, tooling, line layout/configuration and training.
- Inform and instruct manufacturing employees in the exercise of their responsibilities. Verbally mentor and advise individual operators if necessary in the event of non-compliance with established policies, procedures or work instructions.
- Organize meetings with manufacturing personnel to effectively communicate management plans and programs.
- Assist in training employees to effectively perform assigned tasks.
- Other related duties as required.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Industrial / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in leading manufacturing operations.
- English proficiency of at least 80%
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Just in Time (JIT) Principles
- Lean production practices
- Problem solving
- Efficient with SAP software
- Ability to troubleshoot processes and equipment.
- Communicates information clearly and directly.
