The Position
As Quality Manager, you drive and support the maintenance of Novo Nordisk Quality Management System (QMS) in Morocco, ensuring product quality, patient safety and compliance, and hereby focus on business-critical issues that may have an impact on license to operate and inspection readiness.
You main accountabilities will include:
You will be the Quality Moroccan representative at a Regional Level and with and Head Quarter departments, and you will interact cross functionally throughout the affiliate to improve and maintain the QMS, by driving simplicity and robust processes.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has excellent skills at communicating complex issues in a simple and understandable manner for the stakeholder. Someone with high level understanding of relevant regulatory requirements, including Good Distribution Practice (GDP) activities.

At our office based in Casablanca-Morocco, we are medium size company, all supporting our affiliate with issues related to People & Organization, Marketing, Sales, Medical, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, IT and Legal. Our role is to support the affiliates in rolling out and executing on Marketing related activities as well as representing the area to the wider Novo Nordisk organisation.
