Your Role
Introduction of new programs to serial life :
Preparation of technical documentation, necessary upon receipt of new Tools/Equipment Manage the development of PFMEA new projects Ensure the integration of technical data for new references on SAP, BDE, etc. computer systems. Participation in the production of pre-series / EI parts, Participate in the reception and validation of new tools/equipment
Maintainability & Improvement of process during serial life :
Work closely with production, quality and maintenance to ensure optimal and efficient service results. Ensure implementation of Instructions / Operating Modes necessary for operations in the Molding workshop Ensure the presence of up-to-date technical data sheets and industrial files. Ensure up-to-date Molding Lay-out and foot-print Lead implementation of engineering changes, Ensure the permanent review of molding flow studies Ensure the permanent revision of Process equipments Capacity studies Ensure the permanent revision of versatility of injection machines study Compliance with APTIV standards in terms of H&S, SPQVC Ensure the smooth running of the various Audits (Internal, External, etc.) Maintain a cordial and positive attitude and approach in view of the objectives set.

Your Background
Bac +5 Industrial/Mechanical engineering
Good level in languages: English, French;
Good communication and listening skills;
Ability to lead team ;
Spirit of analysis and synthesis ;
Availability & versality ;
Minimum 4 years experience
