YOUR ROLE
  • Develop and deliver sales and profit growth plan for assigned distributors.
  • Support and drive Key Market Programs across APC.
  • Main point of contact to represent Henkel for assigned distributors.
  • Responsible for partner and customer relationship management and coordination of resources to support selected distributors.
  • Establish effective working relationships with the key decision-makers at assigned partners and accounts
  • Partner in developing and implementing Distribution Channel Management policies and strategies.
  • Coordinate and lead Partnership meetings at defined distributor accounts.
  • Responsible for Travel and Entertainment budget.
  • Work with Distributor Associations representing Henkel at conventions and meetings
  • Deliver established financial targets.
  • Develop sales growth and profit improvement strategy for portfolio of Distribution Partners focused on pipeline management.
  • Support and drive alignment of priorities with key business initiatives.
  • Interact professionally with employees, partners, customers and suppliers.
  • Work effectively as a team contributor on all projects.
  • Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.


YOUR SKILLS
  • BS or BA degree from accredited college or university
  • 5 years industrial sales experience * Distribution channel management experience preferred.
  • Experience in working with food and beverage distributors preferred.
  • Expected travel to be 30% to include both car and air across the country.
  • Customer portfolio and pipeline management knowledge
  • Sales and key account management preferred.
  • Technical and business acumen competencies required.
  • Position is remote with preference being in the Eastern Time Zone.

The salary for this role is $85,000.00 - $105,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
