Job Description

The objective of the position is to support the business acquisition and development of Off-Highway (Construction, Mining, Agriculture, GenSet, Marine and Handling) Customers in North Africa. The focus products are automotive diesel system components, starters, Alternators, and wiring systems.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:


  • Lead/clarify customer requirements and prepare offers based on Off-Highway products and services.
  • Prepare price offers including origins, preferential status on Part Number level, in coordination with Marketing.
  • Prepare Stock recommendation per Core Business Field based on country carpark, cross referencing, application, …
  • Prepare monthly “Sales review report” on customer level vs annual target.
  • Follow-up of advertising campaigns towards Off-Highway fleet companies in coordination with Marketing.
  • Collect data with regards to Off-Highway carpark on a weekly basis.
  • Collect data with regards to of Off-Highway key accounts and fleet companies per country.
  • Prepare a database for of Off-Highway workshops and retailers in related country.
  • Conduct surveys towards of Off-Highway 2nd Trade Level (retailers, workshops,)
  • Get in touch on weekly basis with Off-Highway customers to better understand their requirements and needs and reporting to the key account Manager.
  • Inform Off-Highway customers about promotions, new products, new services.
  • Provide support that will continually improve the relationship between Off-Highway distributors and 2nd Trade Level.
  • Follow-up customer's statement of account receivables with Global business Services.
  • Follow-up of new customer implementation process/account creation, coordination with finance department, Service Level Customer, Sales Marketing Services…
  • Keep continuous investigation on technical trends, customer new application and competitive landscape and report to management in a timely manner.

Qualifications
  • Contract: ANAPEC (24 months)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Automotive engineering, or others related.
  • Automotive and Diesel competencies is highly recommended.
  • Creative, high-energy, self-directed, team-oriented individual.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (Fluent in French, English is a plus).
