Join our Casablanca team as Office Support Assistant and learn and grow in international atmosphere!

The main purpose of this role is to contribute to the achievement of organizational efficiency by helping with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the office. Regional Office Assistant holds overall accountability to organize the office and assists Regional Front Desk Representative(s) to optimize processes, sort and distribute communications in a timely manner and use “back-office” computer systems.


Main tasks and responsibilities:


  • Collection and submission of Invoices,
  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
  • Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance of the office Coordinate and cooperate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
  • Assists in all field activities locally (visiting banks, accountants, authorities etc)
  • Maintain trusting relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers, as with facility owners
