This incredible hotel project located in the capital of Morocco sits on 15 acres and consists of 13 buildings for accommodation, restaurants, lobby, located within lush gardens, in and outdoor pools and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.  


The Role of Assistant Front Office Manager:


We currently have an opportunity for an experienced, Assistant Front Office Manager to join our pre-opening Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco! 


Reporting into our Front Office Manager you will be responsible for leading the operations of the Front Desk. 


Responsibilities will include ensuring that Four Seasons standards are met through team leadership, training and development, responding to a wide variety of guest requests and adding your personal recommendations and touches ensuring our guests receive the highest levels of service excellence, monitoring and assessing revenue opportunities for the hotel, planning and preparing the Front Office revenue and expenses, and assuring the financial goals of the department are met.


Our Ideal Assistant Front Office Manager candidate will have:


Experience in a diversity of operational rooms division management positions with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within Front Office focusing on service quality.  You will have a special talent for ensuring our guests feel at home and receive the highest levels of service excellence, be a passionate and motivated leader with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with cross-functional teams, have the highest level of integrity and transparency, strong business acumen, a passion for service and an exceptional eye for detail, and a desire to promote a continuous learning environment that creates an atmosphere for professional development opportunities.


Fluency in French, Arabic and English is a must for this location, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
