Responsibilities
- Provide the best service, via phone and email
- Play a vital role in promoting the brand and its image
- Handle customer enquiries, answering any questions and queries in person, over the phone, or online
- Provide support and comprehensive product / service information to customers
- Build relationships with customers
- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions.

- Prior experience customer service or sales, preferably in a call center, is a plus.
