Operational Support Intern

The MIB (Modernize the Install Base) team is in the ISG (Infrastructure Solutions Group) COC (Center of Competency). The role of the MIB team is to generate revenue by mining our Install Base and generating pipeline for Sales and supporting Sales in overall account intelligence. The team performs Asset Reviews with Sales to uncover potential refresh or swap opportunities and manage the dispositioning of assets.

What you'll achieve
As an Intern, you will support strategic initiatives to develop sales growth plans and profitability targets. You will delve into sales performance results to help specify performance metrics and sales effectiveness tracking methods to maintain and improve the company's competitive advantage in the market.
You will:
· Provide metrics and regular reporting
· Analyze data and provide summary analysis for program leads
· Support the regional MIB consultants and other groups by handling ticketing to resolve incentive and tech refresh questions and issues
· Manage ad-hoc requests or analysis relating to Tech Refresh
· Assist with continuous improvement of program process, practices and initiatives

Essential Requirements
· Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
· Bachelor's degree
· Process improvement oriented
· Microsoft Excel skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines, works well under pressure
