Key Responsibilities:
 
Maintain Material Master Data in the system.
Reporting on order book status and product availability to ensure a high conversion of orders and on time to Market and raise to manager if any risk.
Order book management and make sure all the transactions in system stick to the adidas internal policy and procedures.
Ensure accurate order book is maintained in the system on timely basis as per company internal Process, (cleanse up invalid open orders, article cancellation, Trade terms Sign Off)
Control allocation-run, raise any question for stock shortage and other discrepancy.
Creates Delivery Notes as per adidas internal policy, and timely release to the warehouse based on agreed plan.
Communicates marketing information such as campaign info, customer specific info.
Confirms deliveries to customers and shares posting reports and invoices. Raises to account Manager in case of any issues related to orders, payment or delivery of goods.
Coordinates the release of Themes & Campaigns with Marketing Organization and ensure on time deliveries to the markets. ?
Makes sure all the products are posted at the right time with right quantity, all the business needs from marketing, wholesale, own retail, Finance, are addressed in the posting.
Reports system issues related to Deliveries Notes and follows up on delivery claims (shortages, damages)
Shares forecast before posting to show the posting ratio by accounts, markets, channel.
Maintain orders tracking and delivery updates.
Processes articles Recall from the Markets
Understands business direction and support in providing suggestions and supports during testing to make sure smoothly go live.
Provides needed support during internal and external auditing.
Provides with OTIF Miss analysis
Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Abilities:
 
Good understanding and experience in operational supply chain process environment.
Ability to accept and meet critical deadlines with good planning and organization skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively and efficiently on different layers of the organization.
Good expertise in any ERP system.
Proactive, energetic, and enthusiastic,
Self-motivated & team player.
Strong analytical skills. 
 
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
 
Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university degree with emphasis on the area of business, logistics, planning, Supply Chain or operations
1 - 2 years' experience in Operations/Logistics, Order processing, Sales Administration or Customer Service experience
