We currently have an opening for an OTC Specialist for Morocco . In this specific position you will Handle all the related treasury tasks and recovery management of account receivable.

 

In this OTC Specialist  position

 

• You will be responsible to check & control all documents attached to the payment request before preparing a payment.

                                                                                         

• You will have to prepare a payment (check, bank transfer) to be signed by the managers.                              
• You will be responsible in the bookkeeping a payment in sun and in treasury system.                              
• You will have to transfer payment (check, cash, bank transfer) to the concerned department.                                          
• You will have to prepare & send all payment received from the costumers to the bank.                              
• You will have to prepare a treasury weekly report to be review by the manager.                  
• You will be responsible of the classification & archive of all documents      
• You will be responsible for the follow up of all collection on time (contact all costumers to collect on time).

                                                                                         

• You will have to reconcile & allocate all payments                                                                  
• You will have to prepare a needed reports and justify all mismatching figures.                              
• You will have to contact a customers or operation department ( AFR, OFR, FRT) to adjust if any mismatching.                                                                  
• You will have to prepare a clear weekly debtor report with all comments, log and track dispute into gccs while applying OTC policy.

                                                                       

• On a regular basis, you will have to report all needed data & information to cfo.

 

• You will participate on monthly closing and provide all needed help to other colleagues if any. .

   

Now, here's what we need from you.

 

• Bachelor degree
• 4-6 years of experience within the same field

• Excellent communicator in English, both written and oral.
• Ability to work under pressure with a positive can-do attitude and service excellence.
