Call 360 Morocco is hiring « Sales executives » that will liaise between our company and the potential customers in the UK and Scotland.
Job Role:
The role of the OOH Consultant includes:
* Handle incoming calls and react to Client, Customer and / or Candidate requests as
necessary
* Proactively use online vendors to propose available candidates to clients
* Proactively service call existing clients to fill any last minute shifts
* Support consultants and branch managers as necessary
* Be aware of all products and services offered by the client
* Be fully conversant with the CRM platform(s) and the tools within
* Deal with telephone enquiries from Clients, Candidates and Customers
* Liaise between Candidates and Clients as required to resolve any issues / enquiries
* Be fully conversant with online Vendor portals
* Use online Vendor portals to identify available shifts and use CRM
* Service Call clients as directed by Consultants and Branch Managers to support with
account management
* Provide reports to Managers as and when required
* Support with Client complaints as required
* Carry out Administrative tasks as required

* Be confident in promoting the services of the client

* Computer literate
