Key Responsibilities :



Talent Acquisition Strategy:
Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with our Hilton business goals and staffing needs.
Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor practices to inform recruitment strategies.

Stakeholder Collaboration:



Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure recruitment processes are aligned with departmental objectives.
Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders to diversify our recruitment channels.

Recruitment Process Management:



Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
Develop and maintain standardized recruitment procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Candidate Sourcing:



Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including but not limited to job boards, social media, career fairs, and employee referrals.
Build and nurture a network of industry contacts and partnerships to tap into a diverse talent pool.

Candidate Assessment:



Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks.

Talent Pipeline:



Building and maintaining a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.

Diversity and Inclusion:



Promoting diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process to ensure a diverse workforce.

Onboarding:



Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into our hotels.

Employer Branding:



Promote Hilton as an employer of choice by developing and maintaining a strong employer brand.
Create compelling job descriptions and engaging recruitment materials to attract top talent.
